Australia’s Biggest and Best Hot Rod and Custom Car Event is returning to Bendigo.  The 2025 Australian Street Rod Federation Nationals will be held at the Prince of Wales Showgrounds over the Easter long weekend, April 18th to 21st 2025.

These Nationals are held on a rotating basis bi-annually.  Previous events in Bendigo 2017 and Geelong 2011 each saw over 1300 entrants and families, plus many thousands of spectators come through the turnstiles to see a very impressive display of vehicles, events, entertainment; and to visit the hundred or so Trade Stands within the complex.

 

The cream of Australia’s Hot Rod and Custom Car fraternity will drive from all over the

country to show their pride and joy to +10,000 spectators who will flock to see the displays, Trade Stands, static shows and driving events happening all weekend.

 

Entrants and the public will be treated to all facets that Street Rodding offers including the huge Show & Shine with over 1000 immaculate cars on show filling the centre arena on the Sunday, the exciting Go to Whoa display of horsepower on both Saturday and Sunday afternoons, as well as Motorkhana events all through the event.

The 6000 square meter Regional Exhibition Centre will host a huge contingent of Trade Stands selling all things car-related and the 5000 square meter Bendigo Exhibition Centre will be used for Live Entertainment, and a display of Historic hot rods and drag cars to show how it was back in the good old days.  Over the weekend many Rodders will decide that a few quiet laps of the outer cruise track will be in order, a great chance to see these amazing works of art on the move.

Historically the ASRF Nationals are a big hit when held at large regional cities like Bendigo, with TV, Radio and Media advertising going out to a large area in much greater volume than affordable in the big capital cities.
